Great schedule of Monday-Friday 1st shift 7am-3:30pm or Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm, your choice ! On-call as needed. $500 Bonus for entry-level Mechanic: $250 on first check, $250 after 90 days. A day in the life of a Decker Diesel Mechanic looks like: Providing maintenance and repair on a private fleet of well-equipped, late model trucks and trailers with top of the line technology Processing work orders Accurately filling out necessary documents Opportunity for growth into lead tech or shop leadership for the right person Other duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer

Requirements

  • 6+ Months of Auto or Diesel Mechanic experience
  • Must have own tools; tool lease-to-own program available if needed
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Basic computer knowledge for email and work orders etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Steel and Aluminum Welding experience is a plus
  • Reefer experience is a plus
  • CDL a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Providing maintenance and repair on a private fleet of well-equipped, late model trucks and trailers with top of the line technology
