Entry Level Marketing & Sales Representative
About The Position
Mpower is one of the one fastest growing direct sales firms in the north east, and we specialize in building teams of sales consultants that help grow our customer base as well as increase our impact. With our face to face interactions we are able to help homeowners, renters and businesses understand the importance of 100% renewable energy, and do their part in bettering the environment. Due to our recent expansion, we are currently looking to bring a few outgoing leaders into our office! These individuals will work alongside management, and experienced team members to help bring our office to record breaking sales goals!
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Outgoing personality
Nice To Haves
- Sales and/or customer service experience- preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Educate consumers on the benefits of switching to renewable energy
- Ensure compliance when guiding consumers through the enrollment process
- Maintain and update knowledge of company products and services
- Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources
