Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in marketing, promotions, retail, sales, or related field
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Energetic, motivated, and results-driven personality
• Able to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and promotional campaigns
• Support event setup, product positioning, and brand visibility strategies
• Collaborate across departments (marketing, sales, HR) to identify business growth opportunities
• Participate in trade shows, events, and promotional marketing activities
• Manage communication channels to ensure brand consistency and message accuracy
• Work closely with senior management on PR, media, and community outreach initiatives
