About The Position

Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in public/marketing events, retail, promotions, sales, or campaign management
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related experience
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing and communications strategies
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and execute events effectively
• Results-driven, energetic, resourceful, and hands-on
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Implement marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market insights
• Identify strategic business opportunities through collaboration with sales, HR, and other departments
• Support revenue-generating marketing initiatives
• Provide product and service support to ensure clear communication channels
• Manage branding, advertising, trade shows, company events, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with management on media relations, business communications, and success stories
