Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all details align with client expectations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their event goals and vision.
- Provide timely updates on event progress and address client queries and concerns.
- Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff.
- Ensure all necessary materials and resources are organized and available on event day.
- Provide on-site assistance during events, managing registrations, coordinating activities, and addressing any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and production, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors and external partners to fulfill event requirements.
- Collect feedback from clients, attendees, and team members for continuous improvement.
- Assist in compiling post-event reports and insights to evaluate event success.
