Responsibilities
- Assist with event planning and execution to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand event objectives and provide progress updates
- Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, scheduling, and staff coordination
- Ensure all event materials, equipment, and resources are prepared and available on event day
- Provide on-site support by managing registrations, coordinating activities, and resolving issues
- Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and production teams for smooth event execution
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to meet event requirements
- Collect feedback from clients, attendees, and team members to support continuous improvement
- Assist with post-event reporting and performance analysis
