Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing live marketing events and brand activations
• Represent client brands at events, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns
• Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
• Engage directly with attendees and provide excellent customer interaction
• Manage event registration, guest flow, and activity coordination
• Work closely with internal teams including marketing, production, and design
• Communicate with vendors and event partners to ensure smooth execution
• Collect feedback from events and support reporting and performance tracking
• Assist in resolving on-site issues quickly and professionally
