Location: New Orleans, LA (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. This position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Support content creation including writing blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
Collaborate with design and sales teams to produce marketing materials and promotional assets.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and online presence.
