About The Position

We’re seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Marketing Assistants! This hands-on, in-person role provides practical experience in marketing, promotions, and live events, offering a strong foundation for a career in marketing, brand representation, and event coordination. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and clear growth opportunities to help you succeed from day one.

Requirements

  • Outgoing, friendly, and confident in in-person communication
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Available for weekends or evening events

Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, live promotions, and event activations
  • Represent brands and organizations at community events, trade shows, and fundraisers
  • Engage audiences through face-to-face interactions to promote products, services, or causes
  • Support event setup, logistics, and breakdown
  • Track interactions, feedback, and campaign performance metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
