About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to support marketing campaigns and digital initiatives in a fully paperless, technology-driven office. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is software-competent, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in marketing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required (Marketing/Business degree preferred)
• 0–2 years of marketing, internship, or related experience
• Strong computer and software skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Reliable and professional

Nice To Haves

• Marketing internship or coursework
• CRM or Salesforce experience
• Social media content creation experience
• Basic analytics/reporting experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with execution of marketing campaigns (digital and print)
• Create and edit marketing materials (emails, flyers, social posts, presentations)
• Manage website updates and digital content
• Support social media scheduling and engagement
• Maintain CRM data and marketing lists
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Coordinate marketing projects and timelines
