About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer at our Oklahoma City, OK facility. Job Responsibilities: Supports the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies. Participates as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to support the integration of technical solutions across multiple disciplines. Supports the development, identification and implementation of conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build. Participates in the implementation of manufacturing plans. Investigates technical problems. Participates in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies. Interfaces with IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge and experience.

Requirements

  • An ABET Accredited Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • Aerospace related experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes and procedures, or experience during a project at school or during an internship.
  • Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with out of production Boeing aircraft models pertaining to flights and technical training.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting the development of engineering technical data packages needed to produce aircraft parts and components.
  • 1+ years of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment .
