Entry-Level Manager – Leadership Track (Remote) The Fisher Organization proudly represents the New England division of American Income Life, a nationally recognized provider of supplemental benefits. Requirements
- Strong leadership potential and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and coaching skills (virtual proficiency required)
- Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategy
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms
Nice To Haves
- Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus
- Degree welcomed but not required — performance and initiative matter most
Responsibilities
- Mentor and support agents to drive daily and weekly production
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Lead by example through personal production and client service
- Assist with virtual onboarding and training sessions
- Maintain consistent, motivational communication across the team
- Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced remote environment
