This is a people-focused role centered on communication and service. You’ll connect with union members who have requested information, schedule appointments, and walk them through benefit options in a clear and professional way.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Positive, high-energy personality
• Natural ability to build rapport and trust
• Comfortable engaging with individuals and groups
• Customer service or sales experience is an asset
• Works well with team members and leadership
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Booking and conducting member appointments
• Delivering benefit presentations (virtually or by phone)
• Completing digital paperwork and documentation
• Ensuring accuracy and maintaining quality standards
• Participating in leadership development and team training
