An Entry Level Maintenance Technician is responsible for working with the Maintenance Technician on keeping the facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. A Maintenance Technician usually be required to perform a wide range of repair tasks around a facility.

  • Perform general routine maintenance on and in building external and internal structure.
  • Under manager’s direction, perform all preventive maintenance and repairs on company equipment including but not limited to, company vehicles, plumbing, freezer, painting, HVAC, roofing, etc.
  • Maintain internal building aesthetics as needed such as painting, electrical repairs, upgrades, etc.
  • Report and repair any possible safety issues.
  • Maintain an organized and safe work area.
  • Keep maintenance tools and equipment in safe, clean, and good working condition.
  • Work in cold/hot conditions.
  • Pressure washing and/or Power washing as needed or as instructed by manager.
  • Following verbal and/or written direction from manager.
  • Communicate with internal departments of repair status.
  • Update computer system software to track work orders.
  • Provide assistance to co-workers when needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
  • High School diploma or equivalent degree.
  • Stand 8 to 10 hours a day.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in various height elevations.
