These teams play a vital role in GM’s ongoing Mainframe Transformation, delivering horizontal shared services that enable modern software and systems engineering practices. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • A proactive mindset with a drive to deliver results and improve processes
  • The ability to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships
  • A strong technical aptitude and a desire to learn new tools, technologies, and practices
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Able to work full time, 40 hours a week

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in one or more of the following technical skillsets:
  • z/OS v2.5 / v3.1
  • IMS / DB2
  • IBM Mainframe Product Set

Responsibilities
