About The Position

As an entry-level lube technician at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our guests on the road by providing excellent customer service and performing essential preventative maintenance services for vehicles. This position offers comprehensive training, allowing you to learn various automotive skills while working in a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Eagerness to learn and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above head.
• Fluency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service to guests.
• Perform preventative maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery testing and replacement, and light and wiper inspections.
• Conduct an 18-point safety check on vehicles.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver quick and trusted services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
