About The Position

When you join us as an Entry-Level Lube Technician, your personal and professional goals will be fueled by a friendly and collaborative team environment. Together, we’ll help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service, while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles. Your road to VIOC doesn’t require previous automotive experience. Through our award-winning training program, we’ll teach you how to: Change oil, Check and refill fluids, Rotate tires, Test and replace batteries, Inspect and replace lights and wipers, Perform an 18-point safety check, And other preventive maintenance services.

Requirements

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely)
• Eagerness to learn and a friendly attitude
• Desire to be part of a customer-focused team
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

Responsibilities

• Change oil
• Check and refill fluids
