About The Position

As an entry-level lube technician at Valvoline, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our guests on the road by providing exceptional customer service and performing essential preventative maintenance services for vehicles. This position offers comprehensive training, allowing you to learn various automotive skills while working in a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Eagerness to learn and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above head.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Fluency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service to guests.
• Perform preventative maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations.
• Test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers.
• Conduct an 18-point safety check on vehicles.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver quick and trusted services.
