Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership Learn real-world sales strategies through hands-on coaching Take and make calls using warm leads from multiple referral sources Learn industry-standard CRM and loan origination systems Provide exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners Participate in ongoing sales meetings, contests, and incentives Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive team environment that rewards results $30,000 base pay during training Company‑paid education and one paid attempt at the NMLS SAFE Exam Week 1: 20+ hours of licensing training Week 2: Practice testing + exam (results by end of week) Weeks 3–5: Systems training and loan funding process Begin earning commission within 45 days Commission checks paid bi‑monthly ⚠️ Candidates must pass the SAFE Exam to continue in the role. Graduate to Executive Loan Officer after $15–$20M funded Early promotions available Year 1 expected income: $85K–$125K Executive LO earnings: $200K+ Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (OT available) Outgoing, competitive, high-energy atmosphere This is a Permanent position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of retail, inside sales, service, military, or commission-based experience ideal - open on background for the right personality.
