About The Position
Jeff Wyler Corporate office is' Now Hiring" Entry Level IT Support! Job Summary: Provide technical support and help-desk services to internal users across the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family. This is an entry-to-early-career IT role ideal for recent graduates or IT graduates with limited professional experience. Respond to help-desk tickets and requests from employees needing IT support. Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues (e.g., PCs, peripherals, printers). Assist users with login issues, password resets, and common system errors. Provide customer-oriented support over phone, email, and in person. Follow established procedures to escalate complex problems to senior IT personnel. Document work performed and ensure accurate records of service tickets. Learn and apply IT best practices, company policies, and security protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
- Familiarity with IT help-desk ticketing systems (experience preferred but not always required).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
