About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level IT Configuration Technician to support the setup, configuration, and deployment of IT hardware and systems. This role is ideal for individuals starting their IT career who have a strong interest in hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and supporting technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure, image, and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices according to company standards
• Install and update operating systems, software applications, and security patches
• Perform basic hardware setup including peripherals (monitors, printers, docking stations, etc.)
• Assist with asset tagging, inventory tracking, and documentation of IT equipment
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues and escalate when necessary
• Ensure all configurations meet security and compliance requirements
