Requirements

  • Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general)
  • Expected Graduation: May 2026

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop workplans, track milestones, and manage deliverables across teams

Responsibilities

  • Advise healthcare organizations on strategic technology initiatives, including system selection, implementation planning, and digital transformation efforts
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders—clinical, operational, and IT—to assess current-state workflows and identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvements
  • Develop and deliver client-facing materials such as strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, business cases, and performance dashboards
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather requirements, validate findings, and align on solutions
  • Lead or support project management activities including timeline development, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and status reporting to clients and internal leadership
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of firm methodologies, tools, and best practices in healthcare IT advisory services
  • Participate in business development efforts by supporting proposal creation, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth through feedback, mentorship, and ongoing education in healthcare IT trends and practices
