Requirements

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • A business-minded, self-motivated, and coachable mindset
  • Comfortable learning new systems and using basic computer tools (Microsoft Office)
  • Willingness to learn and understand state and federal insurance regulations
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (high school diploma required)
  • Willingness to obtain Life & Health Insurance licenses (sponsorship & training provided)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Sales experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Meet with new and prospective clients to understand their goals and recommend tailored insurance solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing service and follow-up
  • Develop customized risk management strategies based on each client's unique needs
  • Track activity, client interactions, and progress toward sales goals using internal systems
  • Implement marketing and prospecting strategies, including networking and outreach
  • Stay current on insurance products, regulations, and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with mentors and team members who are invested in your success
