Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Ability to acquire Property/Casualty license within 90 days of hire.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with general inquiries and support office operations under the guidance of an Agent or Lead Sales Agent.
• Complete marketing activities to promote Direct Auto products in the local market.
• Prepare to become a licensed agent through training and job shadowing.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through new product sales and customer retention.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and local businesses.
• Monitor key competitors and suggest initiatives to improve market position.
• Handle customer payments and maintain accurate financial records.
