Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service, office, or insurance experience preferred (training provided).
  • Texas Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality service and building trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
  • Serve as a key contact for clients—answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service.
  • Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and cancellations accurately and on time.
  • Assist senior account managers and producers in identifying client needs and recommending coverage options.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date client information in the agency management system.
  • Provide guidance and assistance during claims and policy changes.
  • Stay current on carrier products, market trends, and policy updates.
