Key Responsibilities: As an Entry-Level Instructor at BCA, you will: Training and Instruction: Work closely with Lead Instructors and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to create training materials and teaching programs for learners. Effective Communication: Collaborate with Lead Instructors, Program Coordinators, Clinical Directors, and fellow team members to ensure smooth and effective operations. Commitment to Learners: Attend to the needs of the assigned binder daily and complete Communication Logs for learners under your care. Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional working environment, embracing constructive feedback and demonstrating effective instructional skills. Data Management: Keep up with daily data graphing, record cold probe and behavior data, and ensure timely completion of necessary documentation. Family Engagement: Communicate with parents in a friendly and appropriate manner, keeping them informed about learners' progress. Team Player: Follow the general operations of your assigned team and accurately complete timesheets for billing purposes.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate reliability and accountability.
  • Excel in client service, tactfully managing various situations, and striving for continuous improvement.
  • Embrace feedback and work hard to achieve positive results.
  • Be motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young adults.
  • Engaging with clients, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Tolerating exposure to various environmental conditions, including noise, odors, and weather extremes.
