About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is looking for an Entry Level Industrial Engineer (Level 1) to join our Production Engineering team in Heath, Ohio. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production and operational processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• Experience working in a team environment and communicating clearly with both internal and external customers.
• Experience using basic MS Office software tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
