About The Position

The HR Generalist is responsible for designing and administering human resources policies and procedures across multiple functional areas. This role involves collecting and analyzing HR data to make informed recommendations to management, overseeing paperwork completion, and preparing internal communications regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to employees and managers in handling all human resource-related activities, including employee relations and policy interpretation.
  • Conduct recruitment efforts for all positions, including writing advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Conduct new-employee orientations and monitor career-path programs and employee relations counseling.
  • Process payroll and ensure adherence to payroll policies, including validation of employee deductions and processing changes for benefits, hires, and terminations.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks to ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage physical personnel files and conduct routine audits for completeness.
  • Administer various employee benefit programs, such as group insurance and 401(k).
  • Gather and analyze feedback from Business Partners and leadership to develop and implement solutions.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
  • Perform other tasks or duties as assigned by the Company.
