Requirements

• 2+ years' work experience or a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and tact in providing superior customer service.
• May require mandatory immunizations and credentialing based on customer requirements.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between customer facilities.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Knowledge of computer/handheld software applications including spreadsheets and application-based programs to track daily KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Travel between customer healthcare facilities to monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for Stericycle programs.
• Interact professionally with onsite customer staff to meet service expectations.
• Maintain a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicate duty status on a defined schedule.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Lift, walk, bend, and push as required, including lifting up to 55 pounds and pushing/pulling carts weighing up to 500 pounds.
