Requirements

• Be 18 or older
• A car, a license, and proof of insurance
• A kind heart and a strong sense of responsibility
• A background check and reference
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Background check and personal or professional reference
• Must pass a drug screening

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of disability experience is great (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily living and independence
• Build strong, healthy, respectful relationships
• Support personal care and household needs
• Join them at medical visits, encourage healthy habits, and support social connection
