Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Comfortable working on your feet and with your hands
- Respectful of tools, job sites, and customers’ homes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Basic tools are a plus (not required)
- Experience is not required. Work ethic and attitude are.

Responsibilities
- Assisting technicians and carpenters on job sites
- Prep work, cleanup, material handling, and jobsite organization
- Learning skills in: Carpentry, Drywall, Painting prep, Basic repairs
- Keeping jobs on schedule and organized
- Representing the company professionally in customers’ homes
