Entry-Level Health & Life Insurance Account Representative (Remote)
About The Position
We’re hiring a Remote Entry-Level Insurance Agent to join our team at The Summers Agency! This flexible work-from-home role (full-time or part-time) involves helping clients secure the right life and health insurance coverage, building strong relationships, and staying informed on industry updates. This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity. What we do: Work to meet the insurance needs of clients by selling life, health & mortgage protection insurance policies , providing insurance advice, and assisting with insurance claims Help with the licensing process if you do not hold an active life & health insurance license. Give you access to exclusive warm leads that are specifically designed and distributed for our agents Have the opportunity to receive bonuses & luxury trips as sales incentives Provide top notch training and one-on-one mentorship Have work/life balance and extra time to spend with our families. Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a life & health insurance license if you do not already have one (as mentioned above, we can help with that process if needed.)
- 18 years or older with a high school diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Be able to plug in to weekly team calls
- Have a working computer and phone to conduct meetings with your clients via zoom or phone appointment.
Responsibilities
