The Organizer position at CADC, LLC is a full-time, entry-level role dedicated to working on behalf of Democratic or political advocacy organizations. As an Organizer, you will engage with residents and voters to discuss critical political issues and candidates represented by CADC. Organizers will be involved in various outreach activities, including connecting with small businesses, community stakeholders, and local organizations to disseminate vital campaign information. In this position, you will report directly to a Regional Field Director or Deputy Regional Field Directors, receiving daily priorities and assignments. Clear communication of your progress towards campaign goals is crucial, as you will be responsible for providing canvassers, volunteers, and supporters with accurate information and positive support throughout the campaign. Additionally, you will assist in recruiting canvassers and ensuring that recruitment goals are met, while promoting a supportive leadership culture among the team. The role requires a strong commitment to progressive values and an understanding of the urgency and time demands of political campaigns. You will need to be proficient in computer skills and may benefit from prior campaign experience, particularly with VAN (Voter Activation Network). The position demands flexibility, as you may be required to work long hours, including weekends, and possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
