Additionally, you will assist in recruiting canvassers and ensuring that recruitment goals are met, while promoting a supportive leadership culture among the team. The role requires a strong commitment to progressive values and an understanding of the urgency and time demands of political campaigns. You will need to be proficient in computer skills and may benefit from prior campaign experience, particularly with VAN (Voter Activation Network).
