Our Houston office is growing, and we’re looking for an Entry-Level Fire Protection Engineer (0–2 years of experience) to join our team. This role is an opportunity to build your career in fire protection engineering while working on a wide range of projects, from commercial high-rises and healthcare facilities to industrial plants and energy infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in engineering from an accredited college or university; Fire Protection Engineering degree strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or REVIT (academic or internship experience counts).
• General knowledge of building construction methods and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Designing automatic fire suppression systems.
• Developing fire alarm, detection, and mass notification systems.
• Performing code compliance reviews and egress analyses.
• Evaluating fire-resistant construction and smoke control strategies.
• Conducting applied research in fire protection and life safety.
