About The Position

The Entry Level Financial Analyst at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies (FDB) will support Project Managers and Financial Management in the Bryan/College Station, TX area. This role involves managing revenue contracts, assisting in financial functions, and collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or closely related degree.
• Experience with Revenue Recognition principles and basic accounting rules and concepts.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prior experience with SAP S4, Smartsheets and Keyed-In preferred.
• Excellent customer service, presentation, team interaction and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Willingness to learn new skills and ability to learn via on-the-job training.
• Prior experience in forecasting, budgeting and variance analytics.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments with limited supervision.
• Good understanding of program management and biologics drug development market/business preferred.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Financial Management with monthly and forecasted revenue and contract reviews.
• Maintain program contract and MSA documentation for review and audit.
• Set up new signed client programs into the Finance systems (SAP and/or Excel).
• Create, maintain, and track monthly/annual revenue recognition for all projects and revenue streams.
• Assist Program Managers in understanding revenue recognition requirements for all projects and revenue streams.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to understand project and monthly milestone status and its impact on financial results.
• Create and maintain an accurate forecast of each client project following internal revenue recognition policies and audit guidelines.
• Provide assistance to the accounting group with accurate and detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual variance explanations by project and revenue stream.
• Review, draft, and/or manage Intercompany Agreements for projects between sites.
• Review contracts for pricing approval and associated cost models.
• Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual new & signed Contract Trending for management reporting.
• Generate quarterly trend analysis graphs for contract pricing for senior management review.
• Maintain monthly financial audit packages and serve as finance representative for audits.
• Assist clients with information requests or reconciliation or audit requests as needed.
• Generate Program Close Out Reports upon program completion highlighting trends and manage through final financial approvals.
• Identify and implement efficiency projects to improve financial or cross-functional job functions.
