Entry Level Financial Analyst
About The Position
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a focus on finance to monitor daily operational activities, ensuring policy compliance and identifying opportunities for optimization. You will develop and maintain reporting models to enhance operational efficiency and improve policies. You will support weekly meetings to detail past performance, current status, and future state for operations leaders, and collaborate with local and organizational operations teams to create efficiency and drive execution toward company goals. Travel may be required to enhance organizational understanding and facilitate improvement at key locations.
Requirements
- Proven data analysis skills including data collection, cleaning, review, report development, analysis, forecast modeling, and evaluation.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other BIS systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills with the ability to step back and see the bigger picture.
- Comfort with developing a fact-based point of view and advocating for it at all levels of the organization.

- Experience with Cloud Suite Distribution and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operational activities for policy compliance and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and maintain reporting models to drive operational efficiency and policy improvement.
- Support weekly meetings detailing past performance, current status, and future state for operations leaders.
- Collaborate with operations teams to create efficiency and drive execution toward company goals.
- Travel as needed to key locations for organizational understanding and improvement.
- Generate reports using ERP software in combination with BI tools and other software.
- Support ERP imports/exports and testing as required.
- Assist accounting/finance teams with data analysis and review.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
