About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to launch a career in sales and gain hands-on experience in the field. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, driving sales growth in-store and promoting products and services.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Customer Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential customers in-store to generate new business opportunities.
Product Presentations: Conduct in-person meetings with prospects to present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products or services.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and business objectives.
