Charm Industrial is on the hunt for a curious and bold Pyrolyzer Operator to help us turn weird science into real-world climate solutions! In this role, you will operate and maintain field-based pyrolyzer systems to safely and efficiently produce bio-oil used for carbon removal. You will also diagnose downtime issues, perform preventative maintenance, and provide real-time feedback to improve equipment performance. Your contributions will directly impact customer reports and system design improvements.
