About The Position

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our team and represent nonprofit clients at live events, community campaigns, and retail activations. No prior experience is required — this is a paid position with hands-on training in event marketing, public relations, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Passion for marketing, events, community outreach, or nonprofit initiatives
  • Able to work effectively in dynamic, collaborative environments
  • No prior experience required — full paid training provided

Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of nonprofit organizations at events, pop-up activations, and community initiatives
  • Connect with attendees to share information about programs, services, and campaigns
  • Deliver engaging, memorable interactions through in-person communication
  • Assist with setup, event coordination, and post-event breakdown
  • Provide observations and recommendations based on audience interactions
  • Maintain a polished, enthusiastic, and approachable presence at all events
