No prior experience required — we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path into advanced technician and leadership roles. We provide the vehicle, equipment, uniforms, and training. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with clean record

Ability to commit consistently to a Monday–Friday evening schedule

Responsibilities

Assist with stripping, waxing, buffing, and restoring commercial floors
Clean and maintain VCT, tile, and concrete surfaces
Operate floor machines (auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers – training provided)
Load and unload equipment at job sites
Follow safety and chemical handling guidelines
Complete projects on schedule and to quality standards
