About The Position
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Evening Floor Technician to join our Project Services Team. This full-time evening position is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to build a long-term career in commercial floor care. No prior experience required — we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and clear pathways into advanced technician and leadership roles. You’ll work with a small mobile crew completing commercial floor care projects across Newport News and surrounding areas. We provide the vehicle, equipment, uniforms, and training — you bring reliability and pride in your work.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist with stripping, waxing, buffing, and restoring commercial floors
- Clean and maintain VCT, tile, and concrete surfaces
- Operate floor machines (auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers – training provided)
- Load and unload equipment at job sites
- Follow safety and chemical handling guidelines
- Complete projects on schedule and to quality standards
