DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Estimator to join our DH Pace Carpentry & Scientific Casework team in Olathe, Kansas. This is an excellent opportunity to launch a long-term career in the construction industry with a well-established, growing company that values training, teamwork, and internal advancement. Requirements

  • Strong math skills and comfort working with numbers
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • No prior estimating experience required — we are willing to train!

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Excel or Bluebeam is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Review drawings and specifications to determine quantities and appropriate materials
  • Assist in pricing cabinetry and scientific casework projects
  • Collaborate with managers to support sales and project strategies
  • Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal leadership
  • Support additional estimating and administrative tasks as needed
