DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Estimator to join our DH Pace Carpentry & Scientific Casework team in Olathe, Kansas. This is an excellent opportunity to launch a long-term career in the construction industry with a well-established, growing company that values training, teamwork, and internal advancement.
If you enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, and seeing how projects come together from start to finish, this role offers hands-on experience with real construction projects, mentorship, and on-the-job training, no prior estimating experience required.

Requirements

• Strong math skills and comfort working with numbers
• Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• No prior estimating experience required — we are willing to train!

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Excel or Bluebeam is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specifications to determine quantities and appropriate materials
• Assist in pricing cabinetry and scientific casework projects
• Collaborate with managers to support sales and project strategies
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal leadership
• Support additional estimating and administrative tasks as needed
