The Entry Level Project Manager within AEI's Due Diligence division will focus on performing various environmental due diligence projects primarily related to commercial real estate. The role requires a candidate who is resourceful, self-motivated, and possesses strong organizational and writing skills. The ideal candidate will have some experience with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and will be responsible for conducting environmental reviews, field investigations, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
