GET FAMILIAR WITH THE ROLE As an Entry-Level Diesel Mechanic – Mobile Technician, your day begins by checking in with the team, grabbing your gear, and heading out to job sites in one of our well-equipped service trucks. From there, you dive into performing routine maintenance, basic diagnostics, and minor repairs on Class 8 trucks and trailers. You learn to competently tackle everything from tire replacements to checking electrical systems, with plenty of opportunities to develop your skills in areas like HVAC, wiring, and troubleshooting. With hands-on training and experienced mentors by your side, you quickly become a crucial part of the team, keeping trucks rolling and learning every step of the way.

Requirements

  • Mechanical knowledge
  • Motivated to learn and grow in the diesel mechanic field
  • A valid driver's license with a good record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work rotating weekends and be on call as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with heavy-duty vehicle repairs or roadside assistance (would be a plus)
  • ASE Diesel Certification or a Class A CDL (would be a plus)
