About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Digital Data Analyst / SEO Coordinator to support our digital marketing efforts. This role will work closely with leadership to monitor advertising performance, support SEO initiatives, and ensure our marketing investments are delivering results. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data organization)
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics) is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Self-starter with curiosity, accountability, and a willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO tools
Internship, coursework, or certifications related to marketing analytics, SEO, or data analysis

Responsibilities

Analyze and track digital advertising performance (Google Ads, SEO, paid social, etc.)
Work closely with our digital marketing agency to monitor and oversee advertising spending, ensuring budgets are managed effectively and responsibly
Support the execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to company websites
Assist with optimizing website content, including metadata, page structure, and keyword alignment
Track KPIs such as cost per lead, cost per sale, website traffic, and conversion rates
Collaborate with leadership to provide insights and recommendations
