Responsibilities
- The Entry Level Credit Analyst/Finance Assistant will help maintain positive relationships with major auto lenders, they process car deals, print, package and scan paperwork.
- They are responsible for preparing and sending documents to lenders for funding.
- Responsible for packaging deals and funding contracts.
- Must accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
- Accurately watch and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in Dealer Bible for all unfunded deals.
- Send/scan all F&I contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
- Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
- This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.
