Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly AIA G702/G703 schedules, Lien waivers, SOV, and Stored Materials following detailed instructions.
• Assist Project Accountants with coordinating online billing portals such as Textura and GC Pay.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers regarding contract documents, change orders, and other billing-related modifications.
• Follow up with Project Managers to ensure timely processing of project information.
• Facilitate subcontract administration, including subcontractor contract processing and change order processing.
• Support Project Accountants with subcontractor compliance related to payment requisitions and lien releases, including COI tracking.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance skills.
