Entry Level Construction Inspector

Our Central Florida Construction Practice is looking for a CEI Inspector Aid - FDOT - for the Construction Management and Construction Engineering Inspection group in the Central Florida area. What you’ll be challenged to do: This is an excellent career opportunity for someone interested in going into the CEI roadway and Bridge Construction. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Receiving general supervision from and assisting the Senior Inspector in the performance of their duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- 0-1 years’ experience in a field type position
- A safety-first mindset.
- Ability to follow instructions
- Excellent Writing Skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculation and follow technical instructions.
Responsibilities
- Receiving general supervision from and assisting the Senior Inspector in the performance of their duties.
- Must Obtain within the first 6 months the FDOT Intermediate MOT.
- Willing to attend CTQP, MOT, concrete, asphalt, and earthwork training
