About The Position

We are hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to support nationally recognized nonprofit organizations at local events, fundraisers, and community outreach campaigns. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity to gain experience in marketing, nonprofit outreach, event coordination, and donor engagement while making a positive impact in your local community.
No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and clear career advancement opportunities to help you grow into leadership and management roles.

Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and people-focused attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for nonprofit work, advocacy, and social impact
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Full-time availability, including occasional weekends

Responsibilities

• Represent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraisers, and outreach locations
• Engage the public through face-to-face conversations about nonprofit missions and causes
• Inspire donations, volunteer participation, and community involvement
• Assist with event setup, outreach booths, and promotional materials
• Track supporter interactions, contributions, and engagement metrics
• Collaborate with a team-oriented outreach staff to meet campaign goals
