About The Position

We are hiring enthusiastic, purpose-driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives . In this role, you will support nonprofit organizations through face-to-face outreach, grassroots engagement, and community advocacy. Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about social impact, nonprofit work, and community service.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No prior experience required – full paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Represent respected nonprofit partners at community events, outreach locations, and public spaces.
• Engage the public in one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and encourage community support.
• Communicate nonprofit missions, values, and initiatives in a professional, engaging manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily outreach and fundraising goals.
• Assist with event setup, teardown, and management of outreach displays and branded materials.
• Track community interactions and collect feedback to improve future campaigns.
• Participate in team meetings and training focused on communication, leadership, and advocacy skills.
